PTR Changes 4.0.6 (24/1/11)

Only 1 change this time that affects us;

Rejuvenation is now trained at level 3, down from level 8. In addition, its mana cost is now 20% of base mana. Obviously the level 3 instead of level 8 won’t make a huge difference, but the change to the cost is quite nice, 20% instead of 26% base mana is always good As rejuvenation is a core healing spell, lets hope this change stays, and maybe gets even lower in cost.
